Stews

We serve two meals to choose from, these are very suitable for the colder seasons such as spring and fall:

  • Seasonal stew: Beef Bourguignon, beef stewed in red wine with mushrooms, bacon and silver skin onions.
  • Captains Dinner: marrowfat peas, meatballs, bacon and apple compote served with salads and garniture.

Both meals will be served with rice and salad, they are delicious after a day being active outside.

Lighter summer meals

During summer we have an extra options:

  • Basmati rice with chicken in a curry coconut milk sauce.
  • Wok vegetables and
  • seasonal salad.
